Unfortunatley Blackboard the restraining order is completely invalid. The information of weakness in a software is knowledge that should be known to the public so that they aren't mislead with the thought of their software being secure. All the restraining order is doing for the company is not letting universitys know about the flaw in security which ends up hurting the schools.

HAHAHA.. that is too damned funny, for a while I was on blackboard systems and was getting sick of their md5 handshake when I just wanted to quickly check some dynamic information regarding content of interest within their system. So I wrote up a quick browser emulation exchange that would get the info I needed without having to do more than click a button to request it, and was happy from then on... after all that was said and done I thought that was the last time I would hear of blackboard...
