Did you see the news on a University that developed a way to copy a DVD in 5 seconds over the Internet...I assume that is data transfer speed over the wire and not the read speeds from the head. Interesting story, but I was also promised CDPD!

If I recall it was a new speed record for the Internet2 from back in January/Feb. Basically just ultra top line high speed breaking the limits of what is currently possible type stuff.Originally posted by astcell
