Caravan? I at one point thought I could caravan from Tampa to Defcon, but I have taken my medication and I am feeling much better now. Unless a large sum of disposible income becomes availible dont think driving from Florida is gonna happen.
If I did drive I would leave here on the 28th and head up state...
If I do, I will give you plenty advance warning.

Just a thought... if you're only looking to share a room and not a ride, why does it matter where the person is from? Room sharing is a great way to meet interesting people from all over!

True. It doesn't really matter.
At first I was going to drive to defcon. I figured If I was going to share transportation and road trip for three days with someone I should make friends.
Maybe I was hoping I would like to make friends with like minded individuals whom I might see more than just sharing con room (and/or a ride) with.
A call for local florida cronies, if you will.
I've since changed my mind because it's not really possible to drive to vegas, money wise.
