They are talking about the creation of a lobby group for security researchers to counter MS and others attempts to stifle valid research (DMCA, etc..). They are also proposing the group be a proper channel for people to submit vulnerabilities and exploits to manufacturers, a responsible full disclosure channel.
Ideas like this pop up now and again, do you guys think it ever has a hope?
