Virus Help

I have a freind who has told me about a virus he has gotten from opening an e-mail, he however doesnt know much about computers he doesnt know what it is, all he could tell me is that when he gets onto the internet 1 minute later a box pops up that sais that he has 1 minute to save all programs and log off of the computer before it shuts down, a little clock appears that counts down, i, not knowing an extremely large amount about viruses and trojans, didnt know how to help him, if anyone could tell me what he has, or how he can bust it it would be great, thanks!

Go here and get the removal tool and instructions. Patch your system to keep it from happening again.
