So, apparently there are no "I'm new messages" allowed.

Did you not notice the New (bie)?
I don't think I can delete the thread. Now I could delete the message itself, but an empty thread looks more threatening.
As for Windows, in my defense, I have a 12 GB hard drive so it's impossible to split and still have plenty of space on each VDrive, and linux doesn't run all programs designed for windows.Comment

Dang...I guess I'll take this one myself if someone doesn't beat me to it.

Better an empty thread than....well....never mind.I don't think I can delete the thread. Now I could delete the message itself, but an empty thread looks more threatening.
And to wrap things up, I have NO idea what you're talking about. Where did this even come from?As for Windows, in my defense, I have a 12 GB hard drive so it's impossible to split and still have plenty of space on each VDrive, and linux doesn't run all programs designed for windows.

I read the rules, but more scimmed than read. So i for some reason decided that you WANT me to make an "I'm new" thread.
As for the 12GB, as part of the first post, i said that I use Windows XP. My justification is that Linux doesn't run many of Windows-based programs, and i can't have two partitions, because they would both be 6GB in size max.Comment

You have taken a good step in the right direction. Check out the rules and lurk through a few posts in /dev/null , and fucktard hall to learn what to avoid, and check out a few of the better quality posts left in the areas like Got Questions and other sections above.Originally posted by doom777I don't think I can delete the thread. (Items in /dev/null (inappropriate) and fucktard hall (worse than /dev/null) are often moved there from other spaces where they did not belong.)
Yes, you start off with a mark against you, but learn from it; many people start off with a mark against them.

If you think those are limitations, you're incredibly foolish. Vmware, wine, and shared partitions all solve your problem. Your only problem is that you choose to remain ignorant.Originally posted by doom777I read the rules, but more scimmed than read.
