and many mentioned about DefCon 8 ore DefCon 9.
Where could I get these dataset (DefCon10, 11?), please?

I'm lost in the translations. What do you mean by bodies? Are you looking for IDS white papers? Or speech PDF's about IDS from DefCon past? Or just any data on IDS's?

Snort is a good start for information, and "dataset bodies" on IDS systems.

Do you mean the OSVDB: http://www.osvdb.org/

If you mean the packet captures that were done on the CTF network, you'll have to google around for those. It is unlikely that anything as old as DC10-11 would be missing from the OSVDB
