    Dependencies

i use FC2.. whenever i install something, it tells me that some of the dependencies are not installed.. to install those dependencies i need more dependencies.. this is very frustrating.. is there a repository that gives me the complete list of dependencies required to install a package??

Welcome to RPM hell. I don't remember if FC2 used yum by default, but I know it can be installed. Check out using that for installing/maintaining your packages. As far as repositories go, I use Dries, Dag, Freshrpms, kde-redhat, and livna. Too lazy to post links, but these should be easy to find.

Also, FC2 has been end-of-serviced by the powers that be. Fedora Legacy might be producing patches still, but I would upgrade to at least FC3 if you want to stay current on security fixes.
