Hows this for an idea...

We all play 'Spot the Fed', but how are you at spotting and matching the badge to the agency???

From the CAC, to the IC commuity badge and all the other seady groups out there...

Set the badges up in the vendor area, number them, and have folks write in there guesses... Most right --- wins!

That could be fun for people-- and in the least, a learning experience.

What do they win? Getting spotted as a FED! Heh-heh. Feds seem more likely to be the ones that would be able to recognize "their own kind"

Maybe make it harder, and include forgeries and include question on which ones are fake, and which ones are real.

Um, a lot of the badges have writing on them which says where the are from, or do you just want to post a silhouette of the badge?

A silhouette would be cool, but the shapes of federal and state badges for the most part different but agencies within those two area's are usually the same.

How about pictures with text photoshopped out and optional explainations fo the engraved images and their symbology? That might add some spice to the shell game.

How about just doing the official seals sans the writing or just the symbols in the center of said seal that really define each branch.

That can work, but since there are a limited number of agencies I believe most people will be able to memorize them by DC14. We should include other countries then, too.

That would be cool and it would be neat to get all the seals of "secret" branches of service in other countries such as the Shin Bet in Israel. Nevertheless it would be fun to learn the equivalent of our own branches in other countries

What about making them only visible from a distance ? I would think like 10-20 meters would make identifying badges more of a challange.

eh just a idea.
