Well, the main site has been updated to reflect that it will open February 1st.

Okay, not to sound overly anxious again, but it's February 1st, and defcon.org still says:
"DEFCON 14 Call For Papers will open Feb 1."

It's almost done.. might be the 2nd or 3rd untill it is all happy, but this week for sure!
