so miller beer appears to be the first US corporation slated to make use of a new self cooling can (http://www.newtechspy.com/articles06/miller.html) technology which i'd seen reported a few months back. the cans allegedly will cool their contents in a few minutes time. of course, i'd imagine there are some environmental concerns about the chemical packs contained in such cans (both in terms of difficulty of recycling and adding synthetics to landfills en masse) but still it's kind of impressive.

so that's our competition, people... make a better beverage cooler than the self-cooling can. one that either operates without the use of chemicals, or is renewable, resusable, or just plain faster.

And hopefully it will have a better beer than Miller (aka "Swiller") in it...

i know miller isnt an ideal beer, but after a long hike out in the middle of the desert durring a camping trip, i'm gonna be damn happy to have ANY ice cold beer. I'll pay the premiem for a six pack when i'm out there.
