Though I do not like censorship, I have edited your post to remove the phone number. I also, sent a PM to the user quoting your unaltered message with the phone number.

Also, you should now be able to send an receive a very small number of PM before needing to delete some messages. After you are no longer a lurker, you should get a larger PM box.
