I've downloaded a number of them, and you seem to have handled the file size/quality issue pretty well. It's great to be able to see the talks I missed, and many of us appreciate the enormous and tedious effort that you put into it. Converting video is these quantities is a PITA, for sure.

Both Nikita and I have spent a lot of time working on this project.
Next up I'll gather all the errors from the web log and go fix them all. That will happen after the con, too much going on right now for that project.
With DC-12 posted, it's on to DC-11!
