Defcon bar arrangements

I haven't read *every* thread so I apologise if I've missed the discussion, but it's a matter of no small importance... I've only been to DC at the Alexis Park. They had "the bar", as well as the porta-bar near the vendor area. Does anyone know what's up with bar facilities in the con area?
