    Who are you? Alice/Allen, Bob/Roberta, Eve/Evan?

    For the sake of this thread:
    Alice/Allen: is the one that wants to send an encrypted message.
    Bob/Roberta: is the one that would like to receive an encrypted message.
    Eve/Evan: You are the "evil user" as MiM trying to gain access to the secret message from Alice/Allen.

    Or, in other words:
    Do you send more encrypted messages than you receive?
    Do you receive more encrypted messages than you send?
    Do you spend more time trying to intercept messages sent between two people? (No need to explain what the circumstances for this are, as this can be legal under certain circumstances-- give no details, and nobody is the wiser. ;-)

    Maybe you are X% one, and Y% another?

          nearly all useful crypto i use is either with tunnels to my personal home services like VNC or webmail or it is in Pidgin IM sessions with OTR. if you don't have that plugin installed, people, i'd highly recommend it.

              Tried to get OTR working on BackTrack, but no luck, yet.
