Hello all,
I just returned from a weekend stay at the Riviera. They are renovating all of the hotel rooms. The new design is really nice, but won't be done in time for DEFCON XVI.
When the renovation is complete 80% of the hotel rooms will be nonsmoking.

This is a growing trend. The Marriott chain went 100% non-smoking, much to the chagrin of any of their loyal guest who happen to smoke.

Yeah, but Marriott left out their Euro and Carib properties...they only thought they could get away with it in the US.

What about the pool? Will it be open longer than 4 1/2 minutes a day?

Anyone know what parts of the hotel will be non smoking?
