So far we are on schedule and are looking towards a “soft opening” in June 2009. We would like a gala grand opening ceremony and are beginning plans to select a date somewhere between August and October for the ceremony.

I don't know what will be available with a "soft opening." Maybe no range access, but only access to their, "education center."
