Business Office Prefix

I'm gonna presume that most folks are familiar with the Business Office prefix, 811.

I'd be interested to hear how operational it is in non-PacBell territory. We've got a bunch of interesting numbers running off of it; let's hear from other RBOCs on this.

I think its a telco prefix everywhere, not just in pac bell/sbc territory.

It works out here in verizon land, i haven't taken the time to scan it out yet.
