 active educational environment that provides the public with the unique op
 portunity to have a hands-on experience with our current Election Infrastr
 ucture. Attendees will be able to interact with multiple different types o
 f voting systems\, all of which are currently in use across the country to
 day. Hackers will have the opportunity to test how secure these voting sys
 tems truly are\, and will report to the Voting Village Lead's any vulnerab
 ilities they find. Voting Village explores all aspects of election securit
 y and works to promote a more secure democracy. Attendees of Voting Villag
 e will also have access to Harri Hursti\, the world's premier hacker and l
 eading election and cyber security expert who has successfully hacked voti
 ng machines on multiple occasions. Aside from Harri\, attendees will have 
 the option of joining us for our speaker track (TALKS) that will take plac
 e every day except for the last Sunday of DEFCON. Our speaker track repres
 ents the most relevant government agencies and the top media outlets. Addi
 tionally\, there will be multiple showings of Harri's HBO documentary\, Ki
 ll Chain: The Cyber War on America's Elections. We will also have two Capt
 ure The Flags (CONTESTS) taking place throughout DEFCON.​​
