 lusion\, and accessibility across the information security industry. We wo
 rk to help under-represented groups succeed in the industry through collab
 oration\, developing technological and career-related skills\, community d
 evelopment\, and other activities. Our staff work as penetration testers\,
  security engineers\, and within incident response\, while our members ran
 ge from enthusiasts to industry veterans.\n\nWe will provide a perspective
  that is often not seen at DEF CON\, that of under-represented groups such
  as women\, Veterans\, BIPOC\, and neurodivergent who are often left out o
 f important conversations and decisions. This space will provide these gro
 ups and their allies a place to gather\, share their experiences\, and hel
 p each other flourish at every stage of their security/hacker journey. We 
 will hold presentations\, lightning talks\, Q&A sessions\, as well as acti
 vities such as backdoor and breaches\, lock picking\, and hacking workshop
