Though I've never been in the military and have no formal military training otherwise I always thought that announcing ones plans to the world before you actually do it to be a bad idea if not a stupid one.

I thought you were suppose to take down the site then claim responsibility. Isn't it suppose to work that way?

Anyway sounds like a plan to get really dump people to install a Trojan on their system and less about flag waving and national pride. National pride is however always a good excuse to do something to someone else.

Anyone happen to get the code as I would like to disassemble it for fun and just to see.

Seems logical to me. Even professional terrorists like Al Qaeda take out and claim later.

The Chinese hackers have been largely banking on fact that people can't read the language. A lot of stuff they do, or plan to do, is out in the open in main land China. The Dark Visitor's main purpose is to exploit this fact, and bring as many details as possible to the English speaking masses.

The appear to be far more level-headed about their activist participation than the opposing side trying to douse the Olympics.. attacking crippled women, general do-gooders, and speaking icons for not being pissed off and unruly about the issue like they are.

I almost missed that one. I'd like nothing more that to take out most if not all the left wing media installments in this country but that would be wrong. Your take on it seems to be that it's ok however to attack CNN just because you do not like what it has to say about your country. You justify that by saying illegally attacking (hacking if you will) CNN is fair? Talk is cheap in the U.S. media and what you call news (CNN) we actually call entertainment. What actually concerns me the most is your attitude about attacking the U.S. just because an entertainment outlet like CNN is concerned about your countries attitude toward human rights. Since CNN is a part of the U.S. an hacking attack on it is an hacking attack upon the U.S. Even if CNN reported incorrectly, it was done in good faith, and the human rights issues still remain. You allow your government to treat its people terribly and that gives you justification to attack CNN? Your logic eludes me. Perhaps you should attack your own government and establish the freedoms your people so admire in our culture. Once you've established human rights and the freedoms we have so long protected in our culture you may come to learn that having is not always as desirable as wanting. While that may not sound logical it is often true in a free society that has fought long and hard for its liberties.
