As for a zine.. you should KNOW all of the old and new ones very well BEFORE you think about creating a new one.

Its about technology(past, present, and anticipated future) computers(security, tips, tutorials, etc), technology culture, and pretty much whatever seems to fit in the catagory in which the zine is based.
