iPhone, recording calls, SpoofAPP

Hello everyone,
I was looking for an iPhone application that records phone calls and I ran into this: http://www.spoofapp.com/

Has anyone used this? This application also claims to be able to spoof Caller ID numbers and to modify your voice with a "voice changer".

Any reviews? Thanks.
