[Rules]

"Lurkers" and "New users" (users with confirmed e-mail addresses, or users that have passed the first auto-promotion) can see and post to this space right now.

Users that have passed the second auto-promotion (able to start new threads) and beyond may not see this UNLESS they choose to join the "social" group:

Select the "radio button" next to "join group" and then click the submit button called "Join Group."
