    I'm nowhere near FL (but born and raised in FL!) but if you need any help or guidance, let me know. We've got our space running along up here in the northwest.

        Make sure anyone's financial obligations are clearly spelled out. And what the penalties are for non payment, late payment, etc.

        I also highly suggest getting filing cabinets, drawers, bins, etc that people can label as their own and put anything they want in that other people won't mess with. Very easy way to clean up after others, just put their stuff in their bin :)

          I'd be willing to lend a hand too.. I live near the Daytona Beach area and I have some chuckleheads from the Orlando area that have nothing better on their hands for most of the time.
