The Monkey Butlers and the Nation of Goon will be represented.

We are still awaiting confirmation on the dwarfs, and the three breasted women. But we will have the nation of roller derby women.

I believe there may be several participants from; the Principality of Sealand, the Principality of Hutt River and the Republic of Minerva.
No word yet about anyone from the Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia.

    (Bold emphasis mine.)

Please, no SMS text abbreviations: that is a rule violation.

As for nations attending Defcon, there is really only one nation at Defcon, but that is because it is in one nation. I would probably describe it as Defcon visiting a nation, instead.

As for how many people of unique nationalities visit Defcon, that is not a question that is easy to answer with facts. Only 3 years have I seen "survey questions" at Defcon, but I don't think they included questions about nationality, and even if they did they were not mandatory, and even if they were mandatory, I would not trust the results to be accurate -- it would have the well-known security risk of, "trusting the client."

The best you can hope for is a guess on how many people of different nationalities actually visited Defcon. I don't want to even try to guess.

All I know is that it takes a nation of millions to hold us back.

    TURN IT UP...

The Democratic People's Republic of Maryland is saddened to hear about the cancellation of DEFCON. We will make all attempts to return next year.
