I can't help but wonder what type of vulnerabilities exist within dom0, time to read up on Xen security advisories I guess.

I hope to see more developers working on projects similar to this one, If I can find 2 minutes to breath I for one will be installing this and seeing how it all fits together.

I thought maybe others would like to know about this.

sandboxie is a bit like this for windows too, it's more process/file orientated.

We Mini vm our stuff, but virtualise all the 3D directx/opengl/networking/wdm/etc layers too.

unfortunately they still have the problem of mistakes in the architecture.

These techniques are what's needed to work against the future of malwere that most anti-virus tools can't detect, especially those Z-Bot variants. The only way to detect the most advanced viruses is by heuristic monitoring of your services... this method (sandboxing) says it really doesn't matter.

This looks cool, can't wait to play around with this.
