I have a buddy on the local SWAT team. While he thinks Roller Girls are probably fun, he says of the LE Con ... "those are not the FUN cops man, those are the suits". And this guy IS a fun cop! :)

As a roller derby ref who is also attending DefCon, Roller CON has some great stuff going on and I will see if I can get in touch with some people and let everyone who wants to know know where all the roller girls will be each night

Requirements: Over 21 w/ ID & “appropriate” attire (black or blue clothes; details below) - no RC pass required * open to the 21+ public!

Its 1.2 miles away from the Riv, drunk i may be inclined to take a cab to take advantage of the law of averages (12:1 expected women:men ratio at this party)

Plus it could be fun to spen the evening dressed up in a victorian black/blue suit and then switch to a white vest for the Black&White Ball!

If enough people PM me I'll try and see if I can't set up a shuttle service either through one of the hotels or a local shuttle service. Depending on what the cost is there may or may not be a small fee for the shuttle.

Dress code:
Black and/or blue formal wear, fetish wear, bondage clothing, a prom dress, zoot suits, thrift store fashions, uniforms, Victorian, Tuxedos, homemade gowns, glittery dresses, pantsuits, costumes, swimsuits - WHATEVER, as long as you’re wearing all black and/or blue… absolutely no jeans or street clothes! AND, we thought we didn’t have to mention it, but every year proves we do: NO NIPS OR PANTY HAMSTERS! You must wear clothing of SOME kind. No exceptions!
