that must have been hotel security, or the vendor that owned the kiosk. the only way to open the Kiosk was from the lock on top of the unit, and that's not how the box was 'rooted'.

I was walking by when the guy had the kiosk open and was doing stuff. HFB asked to take a picture of the guts and he about bit her head off.
