    What books should one read to really learn how things work in the security fields?
    Is Hacker quaterly a good one as well? Thanks so much for you time in this matter.

      If by Hacker Quarterly you mean "2600" then no. Spread the net a bit wider and read EVERYTHING.

        What's a book, no one here reads <rolls eyes>. Reading is so retro, I prefer sucking the knowledge out of the books through osmosis
