Yeah, actually I was wondering if y'all have come up with how the TE contest will be done this year; i.e., limited group size or not, 2-levels of entry, you know - the scuttlebutt regarding TE, or as I like to call it, 'stick it to the meter man' contest.

Actually, I have a more specific question, regarding last year's defeat form: it may seem like a stupid question, but I was confused about what was meant by 'stealthy ninja.' On the one hand, the answer seems obvious, but on the other, the definition that resides in my mind would basically fit ANY lock defeat.

Could someone clarify what was meant by that?

Hey CotMan...I have to wonder a bit why this is listed under the TE contest...got to thinking, DC 101? Perhaps my posts are better moved to the other TE forum, which may be more relevant?

LoST[boy] started this thread in here as far as I can tell and titled it "DC101 Pard Deux" perhaps asking if the TamperEvident Contest was going to have a mini-contest at Defcon 101. Other people replied to this thread with this title, as can be seen in the title of each post that followed the top post.

This thread is already in the TE forum, though.

As for why it is here? You will have to ask Lost why he chose that topic for this forum on the Tamper Evident Contest.

The first post in the DC101 forum was posted 11-16-2010, 04:06 PM, while his post in the Tamper Evident contest form was 12-18-2010, 12:36 AM. The comment makes it sound like he saw an empty forum, and decided to create a new thread in the forum, but since the DC101 forum has a post that predated his, I suspected (at the time) that he was interested in how the Tamper Evident contest might appear with any minicontest during DC101.

If he was still running his contest, I would have considered it to be a clue as, "off by one," since the DC101 and Taper Evident contest are (were) on adjacent rows in the list of contests and event for Defcon 19.
