In 2 to 5 months, when activity in the contests/event forums for Defcon 19 has been reduced to few new posts, we'll close the DC19 contest/event forums. It is possible that there may be a window when forums for Defcon 19 contests/events may remain open while forums for defcon 20 contests/events are opened.
The closure of these DC19 forums will be determined based on how long these forums exist without a new post or comment. If they continue to be active through to December, then they may be open until December, but December/January is the upper limit for them remaining open, as their existence could cause confusion while DC20 forums with the same name are open.
