    Haha, you had the delayed reaction too? Two of my cohorts were judges and they seemed fine coming out of the challenge... by the time we made it over to the masquerade tower elevator, they were leaning against the wall and looked like they were going to lose it.

    Good to see we are looking at a proper Goon-mobile, the Rascals went out of style with Teklord. Can we get it in Goon Red?

    ^^ Yeah... I think that is definitely something to consider.

    Priest,

    Are you crazy? I heard about this during DC. It would be so hella cool to climb on- and snap photos.

    I hope you guys can pull this off. It would be epic. We get a tank to play with at DC XX.

    Oh hell yeah.

    Armour is such a great example of hacking. “You shoot me? I shall button up in self propelled steel!” “Oh yeah, me and the Boyes gonna knock you out.” “Bigger badder thicker” “I’ll just go Monroe-effect on yo”…

    From zimmerit to reactive armour to the dangly bits on a Merkava (gotta love a tank with balls), tanks are a history of vulnerability, exploit, and countermeasure. And that security lesson so few seem to take to heart: “fixed fortifications are monuments to the stupidity of man”. while(badguys){Shoot();Move();}

    Plus my wife digs big machines.

    A question to the community

    Folks,

    Odd question but... What would you all think of having the military have some heavy weapons platforms on site for Con attendee's to climb on? For example an M1A1 main battle tank...

    Not promising anything or saying that is what's going to happen at DC20 just want to hear opinions...
