    I'm in town Tuesday through Monday, definitely up for anything. Are there any definite plans? I've never been to LV before. Yeah, I'm one of those.

      Tuesday through Monday is my schedule too as well as 50% or more of the folks who go. Plenty to do. I have a google calendar with all the events piling in, and it's looking better every day. You are gonna LOVE Vegas. Where are you coming in from?

        I won't book a room in AP, because I've already made reservations for my whole stay in Vegas, and I much rather spend that money in food, drinks or whatever I can bring to the parties/gatherings, so what are the chances that I'll get kicked out from AP? I recall reading that it's possible.

          East Tennesse... I'm trying to learn about the events from the forums, piecing it together So far I know of the various talks I want to attend, the lockpick village, the shoot, the b&w ball, and movie nights. haha

            I have been going since DC8. You will find folks you just click with and make some very deep friendships. My first Defcon was life changing and I have been going ever since!

              Neato :) I'm looking forward to being there... getting pretty excited about it. I love traveling, and I love learning new stuff, and being one with my inner geek. :)

                As an addition to astcell's comment, it's been said that defcon is a family reunion every year, and I completely agree with that sentiment.
                Of course its fully cooked... we had it set on "linen".

                  have to admit im almost afraid to post in this board due to the level of awesomeness abound, gonna be my first year at defcon... looking forward to meeting everyone that seems cool at the preparty! bringing bottles for sure!
