Hi guys,

Awwww man, so bummed I missed the shoot. :( Things just got a little crazy on wednesday night (stupid Vegas), Thursday morning was not a time my body wanted to be out in the desert. Or very awake, for that matter. Lesson learned for next year.

Meanwhile, I've been a douche and asked for a shirt, then not picked it up.

So, I'm happy to pay for the one I ordered, but will not claim it - anyone who wants it (size L) get in touch, and I'll see if I can organise to get it to you.

I hope you guys have better luck washing your shirts than I did. It's not severe but some of the design flaked off in places.

All the more reason it would have been good to have everyone express their interest up front and do a group buy instead of waiting to the last minute :-\

All of the shirts that were not reserved for the below people have been sold, and I now have a waiting list of people that want your shirts! I'll post shortly where I'll be and when, but it'll probably be a good bet that you can find me in the lockpick village. PM me your info, and I can call/text/email you so we can connect. I have no problem holding your shirt until the DC21 shoot next year, but I do need to hear from you. If I don't hear from you by Saturday, then I'll start selling them off.

Did you end up with any XL's leftover? I meant to pick one up from you before Thursday shoot ended but it slipped my mind. I am happy to pay for shipping. Can send you $ via paypal or however else you'd like to work it out.

I HAVE SHIRTS! I checked in late, and they were in the business center, which was closed. I was finally able to convince someone to retrieve them for me, and I really, actually, truly have shirts.

I'll be lining up at the back of the Rio tomorrow morning, driving a tanish Ford F-150 with texas plates. You can recognize me by my stylish shirt.

I'd like to say "IT SHIPPED!!!!", but after working with them, the best I can say is "they say it shipped".

Either way, I have a tracking number that doesn't pull anything up. I still think it's going to be there Thursday after the shoot, but I have my fingers crossed.

Latest from my email exchange with ooShirts (after inquiring about paying even more for overnight shipping):

You would not be able to pay for overnight shipping. However, we checked in with our print facility that is printing your order and there is a strong possibility that we can get these out to you by Wednesday the 25th. Right now our print facility is waiting for the blank shirts are are in transit from our supplier. If those arrive today, then we can get these out to you by your original delivery date. Otherwise you can expect them to arrive on the 26th. Hope this helps! Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Your artwork is slick and clean, your garments are in and looking good, and your order is getting ready to ship! We're in the printing process now, which takes a couple of days. No worries though - we'll let you know when it's on it's way!

FAQs

Your order will leave our printing facilities 1 - 3 days before your scheduled delivery date. Your shirts will be coming out of our facility in Visalia, CA so it won't take too long in transit.

Your order is scheduled to be delivered to your doorstep by July 26, 2012.


It's being shipped to my hotel, and Visalia isn't far from Las Vegas, so I'm hopeful it's there in time for me to take it to the range. Worst case, I'll meet anyone that wants a shirt in the lockpick village.

Shit man, that sucks. Our order was only for $100 at least, and no one outside my close circle was depending on it.

Ooshirts completely fucked up my order so we cancelled it. Beware when choosing number of colors to print. Apparently they have never heard of a histogram. If you guess wrong they will sit on your order and not print it.

My order for 30 shirts is starting out the same way. Got an email saying that we selected too many colors and are getting a refund. A couple minutes later we get an email saying that we didn't select enough colors, and have to pay more. When I finally get them on the phone, they say that they think they'll have to charge me 30% more (on top of the 25% upcharge for a rush). At the end of the phone call, it turns out that I've still overpaid for too many colors, but since they held the order, it won't get there until Thursday. It MIGHT get there Wednesday, but they can't guarantee it. They also can't overnight it.

So I'll keep updating this thread with the status, be thankful that I haven't taken anybody's money, and hope that I'm not stuck with $600 worth of shirts. FML.

BTW, PM me when we start the DC21 shirts. I'll put up money for it if someone else organizes the shirt buy.

Hmm how many colors did you specify when you ordered? Mine was fine. Fast shipping too. o_O

My wife put in the order on the 14th and apparently left the number of colors blank or something because she figured they were smart enough to figure that out (or it was just going to be CMYK four color). It's kind of silly they can't automatically detect the number of colors in a design, if it's going to determine the pricing.

They sent her an email early on the 16th saying it would cost more than they originally quoted because of the color count being wrong, so she called them right away and said it was OK and we'd pay more, and they sent her an updated invoice with the higher price and said everything was good to go.

I get a message last night that they called again. She calls them back and they say they have been sitting on the order for some unknown reason for the last 3 days. They have the record of my wife calling and approving it on the 16th, and can't explain what happened. They refused to upgrade the shipping to get us the shirts before defcon even though we paid for rush handling, and wouldn't commit to getting us the shirts any earlier than the 27th or so, unless we paid extra for shipping and then filed a misprint ticket to get it refunded. At that point I told my wife to just cancel the order because I don't want to deal with a company that's going to be like that.

Anyway wrøng if I wind up ordering them from zazzle or something I'll shoot you a few bucks. Or come find me shoot some of my ammo or something.
