Centrally controlled to VC sites at locations across the US.

I have had mixed experience with videoconferencing, all of which involved peer connection for the most part and some group connection using h.323.

my biggest suggestion to anyone wanting it.. is don't do it (unless your really really sure there's a huge solid known need for it). It's one of those things that I've found people think they need/want, dump 30-60k (not couting ISDN dedicated T1/3 costs if they so chose) into it and never use the systems...

the systems that I was handed last were Intel teamstations, which were rapidly disowned by Intel and only partially supported through parent company PictureTel (which was the first vc system I'd ever worked on)

We are looking at implementing H.323 video conferencing. I am not very familiar with the technolgy but need to present a general overview of the security risks and proposed solutions/workarounds.

Is anyone familiar with the technolgy? Has anyone succesfully implemented it?
