  • 9mm ammo surplus, if anyone is seeking some

hey hey, a few of the fellas at my company are firearms instructors and as such they often have a lot of ammo for class use. 9mm and 40 cal tends to get bought up when it's cheap and we sit on it to ride out major price swings.

now that the ammo market has settled down a lot, the volume of spare rounds that these fellas have is a little excessive. :-) personally, i keep buying up all the 40 caliber for myself, but Babak has a lot of extra 9mm available. if the mods do not consider this to be "selling" things on the forums (and i'll be the first to admit, it comes REALLY close to the line) I will state that arrangements could be made for people heading to the shoot to arrive and find 9mm waiting for them if you wish to PM your email address or email me directly... shoot@deviating.net.

we've tried pre-arranged ammo in the past and it was kind of a disaster, so I do not know why i'd think this would work out any better, but when you have so much 9mm around that it literally may violate insurance codes for your office space, one has to get bold. if this situation can be turned into a benefit for the community, then that'd be a good thing in my view.

I don't feel cool when I go there. I'm tired of seeing John Mayer's face pop up. I feel like I'm being hustled when I visit there, and I don't think their product is that great. DRM, low bit rate, etc... OiNK it existed because it filled a void of what people want."

Deviant, I sent you an email inquiring about this ammo. What brand, what bullet weight, how much?

i passed your email along to the fellow who has the ammo. I'm pretty sure it's all Winchester white box. i don't know his price, but he's not the gouge-y type.

he's been insanely busy and not back in Philly all that much, though...he might have not even had a chance to coordinate this with folk before flying out of town last week. and he's not back before DEFCON, so maybe this is a "sorry, we ran out of time" situation.

      ah well, ammo's not perishable.
