Defcon24 Badge Flash

I would love to help, but my badge came with JTAG connector pinholes completely broken. You can see the problem I have in my latest video (English subtitles are available):

I heard that's a common problem with those badges, so examine yours and check if you have any copper to solder to.
I would love to do something cool with it... but you cannot really reprogram it using UART, can you?

I got my electronic badge on the second day but it was not working. On asking people around in hardware village, I was told it is not flashed yet and was asked to find Ryan so that he can flash it. I couldn't get hold of Ryan.. Can anyone please help to get it flashed?
