Testing RSS forum updates

Looks like our automated RSS update announcement page (https://forum.defcon.org/node/228857) is not working properly, I'll jump on it and see what's broken.

Using the https://infocon.org/infocon.org-css/infoconorg-cons.rss page and qbittorrent, after changing the qbittorent preference from "Maximum number of articles per feed: 50" a number as large as 400, all the feeds open up automatically.

Any not wanted can be manually turned off (deleted or paused) and it appears it's auto refresh interval setting of 30 minutes means it should work well to get any new updates as they are added into that main file.

Overall the RSS page seems to work great.
