I tend to use random password generators. Then I take the numbers and convert then into a 6 to 10 word long passphrase. I usually also add a few numbers in there to throw people off.:D

Pass Phrases are the best, I use a memorable one for this site.

    and

a certain (T) mobile phone provider denied me access to change my password when i strictly requested it ...

... to be changed to "T-mobile sucks"

    they simply sayed they cannot.

Don't worry, I did go off on the operator for at least 5 minutes about passwords afterwards, but she never letup on not allowing that specific one.

haha I try this in every forum ever since I saw the netstumbler's "what is your NAT configuration thread", and "what is your SSID thread" ... I just naturally figured that if people were stupid enough to post such information that they wouldn't see the charade behind "what is your password thread" :D :D :D ... damn you pezz, damn you! ;) ;) ;) :p

Oh yeah......I'll join the bandwagon...I just use 1234 as all of my passwords and don't change it....that way it's easy to remember, and I don't have to remember diff. ones...

Most of my passwords are out of a magazine, and they change each month. They are pass phrases like BW mentioned, but I do include spaces. They are easy to remember and very difficult to break... One I recently use.. and it is not a valid "password" anywhere that I have acces to, is:
    "with the influx of people"

I like to take the first letters of a short saying sometimes for my passwords, that way there random and easy to remember.

chances are it is a pseduo-random password generator... and try putting two of those side by side sometime ;) some things were never mean to be "random". :D especially when it comes to the human brain :)
