I had heart surgery last week and am unable to get around easily, walk/stand for long periods of time so the only way I can attend is by being pushed around in a wheelchair. Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me in the wheelchair?

So long as they are with you on a continuous basis as a personal assistant, they do not need to purchase a ticket. They will be given a paper "HUMAN" badge and allowed to accompany you with your paid ticket. This is a new policy HDA has had put into place. The registration people are aware of this, but if you have any issues have any red shirt Goon or registration person give a radio call to me ( Delchi ) and I will assist. Also , you may go to the head of any DEFCON line with a Goon escort instead of waiting. If there is anything else I can do to assist you please let me know.

Delchi, thank you so much for all the effort you put into the HDA arrangements & Infopack. I’m not sure I’d have tried being here this year without it!

Thank you! If you need assistance while you are there just ask any red shirt Goon for help, or have them call me on the radio.
