When you have the day and time locked down, you can create a new thread, and add a new event to the forum calendar with details about when and where it will take place.Originally posted by Kialie View Post

That explains how, in the first post of a new-thread/new-topic you can either add an event to the forum calendar or add a poll.
Once created, let me know in the post to see if it can be added to the "exported calendars" which are included on the main website as "upcoming dates" which are color-coded by type of events.
