Hi yaycrackin! So what will help with that is going to cyber / hacking conventions like defcon or blackhat. If those are out of reach in terms of price, time, and location there are plenty of local conventions in your area. You would just have to google. Also, if you are in college there are a lot of cyber companies that go to college career fairs. Your best bet is to meet people in person.
