Ransomware has quickly become a tool of choice for many criminals in the cyber domain. It's a problem for businesses, schools, hospitals and the general public. In an effort to help Critical Infrastructure combat the criminal tool, CISA just announced a pilot program to proactively warn CI owners and operators of potential risk. The program was required as one of the provisions under the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act of 2022. Take a look at the details of the pilot program here.
