I have a device that discounts credits off from a pvc card that does not have a visible chip nor a magnetic band, the card is inserted, not swiped, into a slit in the device, where credits are read and discounted. Ive tried to use a RFID reader that has frequency scanner but it is not recognized, so I asume it is not an RFID card that cannot be rewritten. Please advise which kind of card could it be and if there is a method to restore credits stored within. Thanks
