Does anyone know a website, or perhaps can offer Templates for PHP forums? What im looking for exacly is a free template that i can download and put it on my website. If anyone is willing to help please PM me. Yes i did try google :)

although generally you will have the best of luck going the forum for that php board software and finding many people who make these templates for free or for a fee. be it phpbb, phpnuke, postnuke, vBulletin, etc...

You mean like phpBB or (look to the bottom of the page) vBulletin? These aren't templates... they're bulletin board applications.
