At approximately 12:21 PM PDT on 2003.09.12, the box formerly known as uberc0n has fallen to the clutches of graphical environment. After approximately 12 days of snubbing its nose at the world and constraining the slackware box to console-only, the X Window System has been installed to its owner's dismay. Possible explanations can only be speculated: vast criticism from disgruntled peers, increased dependence on an external Windows(tm) box, unexpected return to sanity. Special thanks goes out to all those who pretended to support the idea, and fervent prayer is requested as the box seeks a new lease on life as it attempts to find a suitable window manager, working keyboard, and fixed up LCD.

Lasted longer then I could. I have played with fluxbox I believe it is called, not to intensive and small, so might work for ya. I guess you dont have to use lynx anymore ;)~:CK:~

yeah... Well, sadly I am now a gentoo fan...;) I think i am gonna put fluxbox on it, but the hardrive is powerful enough to take kde as well, just takes a year and half to emerge.
