Webcam software

on a sidenote, i've been looking for a while for a webcam app for windows that uses SCP/SFTP instead of cleartext FTP, anyone seen one?

I've tried googling, but i haven't found one.

anyone know any good webcam software which will snap a photo after so many seconds. the software that came with my webcam doesnt offer. i need something like T-10 seconds then takes picture when down.
