    The best are at TechTales.com. I got a "Tech Support" jock strap from them for having the best story one month.

      There's something I found a long time ago during my BBS days that I've since lost and have been trying to find again. It's a recording of a tech support call from an angry customer who had sent his Canon laptop in for service and it was apparently returned with its hard drive wiped. The call started out quite calm and composed during the beginning, but then the guy erupts saying "...everything I have been working on for the PAST (x number of) YEARS OF MY LIFE IS GONE... STOP FUCKING AROUND WITH ME" blah blah blah

          Was that the same one where the guy said "If this computer had legs, it would have kicked me in the balls"?
          Liberty not only means that the individual has both the opportunity and the burden of choice;
          it also means that he must bear the consequences of his actions.
          Liberty and responsibility are inseparable.

          - Friedrich Hayek
