    San Antonio Ride & Room

    The regular group of San Antonio people went from 5 going to 3 going, and now the last 2 regulars dropped as well.. All I have is maybe's right now.. Im looking for people car pooling... I have hotel reserved, I would be willing to trade or pitch in on carpool in trade for staying in my room. I have 3 nights at Alexis park..
    Thurs, Fri, Sat.. 29-31

    If you near San Antonio, or San Antonio. I will drive to your location, or you can drive to mine. I'll pitch in on the driving if you like.. Just looking for some people to travel with..

    I think Kryonik is driving out from Texas. I know he posted info on the forums about it, so you might want to send him or Octalpussy a PM and see what's up.

        I think I have someone looking for a room. PM me with cost-sharing info (he's REALLY tight on funds, so is hoping to find a room with a few people to split the cost on). I'd like to be able to line him up something with good folks I know.

          Update for my Room.. My room is now full for Thursday-Sunday at Alexis..
          Unless someone cancels or bails out..

          If your someone local, or someone I know, contact me anyways.. Theres still floor space..

          Im still looking for people to split a room with before the con Tuesday and Wed Night.

            I'm in Houston... I know that's far away, but due to my transportation issues I cannot get to San Antonio. If you are willing to get to Houston, I'll help with driving or gas, or both. (I'm a relatively fat person, so tiny compact cars are a no-go, heh)

            As for room share, I can do partial cost cover, no problem.
            I can't commit until the week before, though. That's the big problem. (Work issues).

                I am once again without ride to Defcon it seems.
                Is anyone passing thru San Antonio?
                From Austin, Houston, Lousianna?

                PM me with the date your heading out, and heading back, as well as any other details..

                I always enjoy my trips more when I travel with people, but if all else fails, I'll just buy a plane ticket.. Its more about enjoying the trip than not having a way to get there.

                  ...Im going to be flying out of SA Thursday night...I was watching for rides and trying to figure things out. But things changed, and I needed to be back Sunday night.

                  Departure (SAT): July 29, 10:10 PM CDT (evening)

                  Ended up getting the tickets for about 200 for both ways...Still looking for a ride from airport to Hotel.

                    Im flying out Tuesday night, America West? sounds like you got the same flights I did, there might be another guy flying out Wed night, same flight.
                    He said he might come back Sunday night. I might be able to help you out on the hotel, still waiting for people to make thier minds up.

                      How long do you guys normally hangout at Northstar?
